How quickly can you respond to a quote request?
We respond to all estimate requests within 24 hours. For most gates, fences, and rails we can quote same-day after a quick call or site visit. You'll get a firm itemized price before any work begins.
Do you work with custom designs or just standard styles?
Everything we build is custom. Send us a photo or sketch and we'll build it. Modern flat bar, ornamental picket, round tube, cable rail — if it can be fabricated from metal, we can build it to your spec.
Can you remove smoke odors and rust from existing metalwork?
Yes. We offer surface prep, media blasting, and re-coating services for existing gates, fences, and rails — whether they're weathered, rusted, or just need a refresh. Contact us for a separate assessment.
Are you licensed and insured in Utah?
Yes. ArcBuilt carries full general liability insurance and holds all required Utah state licenses. Documentation available on request — we take compliance seriously so you don't have to.
Do you handle installation or just fabrication?
Both. We can fabricate and deliver, or handle full installation — your choice. For most gates, fences, and rails we recommend full install so everything is set correctly and looks exactly right.
